Professor Emma Master (University of Toronto) and Professor Jack Saddler (University of British Columbia) are hosting the 6th Symposium on Biotechnology Applied to Lignocelluloses in Vancouver, British Columbia on August 10-12, 2022.
LignoBiotech 2022 brings the symposium to North America for the first time. Fittingly, the symposium will be held in Canada which has a long history in valorizing its abundant supply of wood and agricultural fiber. The conference will assemble academic, governmental, and industry leaders in lignocellulose transformation to discuss latest advances in biotechnologies, data sciences, and material sciences focused on transforming main lignocellulose fractions into advanced fuels, high-value chemicals, and new bio-based materials.
